I'm Rania Hassan

a certified life coach, parent educator and mental health advocate.

After finishing my studies of Engineering I got passionate about Islam as a way of life, so I completed a 4-year-Islamic Sciences study program, taught by Azhar scholars in Cairo and accredited by ministry of Awkaf. I learned Quran, Quranic Interpretations (Tafseer), Sayings of Prophet Muhammad (Hadith), life of the Prophet (Sirah), Jurisprudence (Fiqh), Belief (Akida), Arabic Grammer and Parenting in Islam.

Going through my challenges on work-life balance and parenting my teenagers led me to a further rich learning journey. I took several programs on self-leadership and personal development. To improve my parenting style with my teenagers I deepened my learning about parenting and got certified by the American Association of Positive Discipline. On the growth journey I also learned life coaching and got certified by the International Coach Federation ICF as an ACC (Associate Certified Coach).

Applying my learnings transformed me and my life and helped my teens thrive. This has made me determined to help others transform their lives as well.

I empower and help women and youth to overcome their challenges, reach balance in their lives, unleash their inner capacities to become the most amazing version of themselves and lead a life of purpose, meaning and fulfilment, a life they deserve.
I further help mothers build meaningful connections with their teens to have a great impact on them, raising happy, balanced, responsible teens while enjoying the fruitful parenting journey. In my courses I focus on effective and practical psychological tools combined with Islamic values to help you create the extraordinary change in your life and also gain the reward in the life after inshaa Allah.

I’m providing my service through online courses, training groups and coaching sessions for women and youth.

I believe that it all starts with YOU. the change comes from inside out. When you start changing your perspective, finding other possibilities of thoughts and actions, having a “New Eye” on things, the beautiful change begins and you start crafting a new purified developed character, the best version of yourself “New I”.
Taken to a higher level when anchored to religious guidelines and values, this will make you a winner in this life and the eternal life inshaa Allah.
